Grant Packages
Grant packages may consist of bridging documents, renderings, project narratives, and construction estimates to be used when submitting for a design/construction grant. The intent of the grant package is to show a conceptual development
associated with cost to portray what the funds would pay for.
3 Dimensional
Renderings/Graphics
3 Dimensional renderings/graphics are inclusive of electronic graphics conveying design elements whether they are buildings, logos, etc. NativeFusion also can build 3 Dimensional models for your needs.
Design Estimating
Design estimating is a broader estimate looking at Industry standard square foot cost. The design estimating when compiled with total project development fees assists an owner/developer in comparing current budget cost with available funds.
Master Planning
Master planning is inclusive of site layouts for proposed planning such as campus
designs or property developments.
Architectural Documents
Technical drawings of a project that falls within the definition of architecture.
Architectural drawings are used for a number of purposes: to develop a design idea into a coherent proposal, to
communicate ideas and concepts, to
convince clients of the merits of a design, to enable a building contractor to construct it, as a record of the completed work, and to make a record of a building that already exists.
Space Planning
Space planning is inclusive of interior design layouts portraying functionality and flow.
Quality Control
A system for verifying and maintaining a
desired level of quality in a product or
service by careful planning, use of proper equipment, continued inspection, and
corrective action as required.
Engineering Documents
Technical drawings of a project that falls within the definition of engineering.
Engineering drawings are used for a number of purposes: to develop a design idea into a coherent proposal, to
communicate ideas and concepts, to
convince clients of the merits of a design, to enable a building contractor to construct it, as a record of the completed work, and to make a record of a building that already exists.
Bridging Documents
Bridging documents convey design and construction requirements to any design and\or construction team proposing on a project. Requirements are conveyed through a summary of work, plans,
reference material, and contractual
requirements. Bridging documents aid
procurement agencies in further
development of project definition, risk
allocations, following procurement
processes, and performing best practices.
The bridging documents often include design concept that presents the project scheme and layout. The documents
articulate "one way" of designing the
project, but not "the only solution." They provide proof of feasibility within the
project constraints and represents five to thirty percent effort level. They can be used to assist in construction estimates
relaying what may fit the Owner's budget.
